A Listing Launch Checklist for Westchester Sellers

Published by NestEdge Realty. This is a practical guide, not an independent agent ranking or a guarantee of results.

A marketing launch should begin with accurate information and a clear plan for handling inquiries. More exposure cannot correct an incorrect room count, confusing description or unanswered buyer question.

Approve the property information

Check the address, included features, exclusions, dimensions and descriptions against available records. Flag anything that still needs verification. Review photographs and captions together so they describe the current property rather than an implied improvement.

Confirm the launch plan

Ask which channels are included, when materials will appear and who will correct an error. Agree on showing instructions, contact coverage and a process for supplying additional information. Put optional advertising costs and other service charges in writing.

Define useful reporting

Choose a review date and ask for a summary of inquiries, showings, feedback and offers. Website activity can identify questions to investigate; it does not guarantee demand or a sale. Decide who will recommend changes and how you will approve them.

Use the digital marketing planning guide to discuss the wider strategy.

Plan your next step

Discuss your priorities with Matthew Gluck and agree on the scope of representation, communication and fees in writing.
