Matthew E. Gluck

Licensed Broker & Founder

Matthew Gluck has been working on Wall Street for the past 18 years. His career evolved into consulting for most of the major Investment Banks, providing services to help build efficiencies and grow profits through the expansion of technology. Mr. Gluck is now bridging this expertise into one of his greatest passions — Real Estate.

Matthew is a resident of Chappaqua, New York, where he lives with his wife and two sons. His passion for real estate began after his first home purchase on the east end of Long Island and was sealed when making the all too familiar move from New York City to the “burbs”. While seeking a town with a great school district, strong sense of community and the perfect home, the search process, while exhausting, became enthralling. He loved every step of it – searching on line, looking at countless houses, envisioning future renovations, and eventually closing and renovating his forever home.

NestEdge was founded through Matthew’s love of real estate, feverish research and perpetual need to always make a deal. He knew that, like any industry, technology would change the home buying experience — and he was right!

Jamie Fosgate

Licensed Salesperson

Jamie Fosgate has been a top agent since he burst onto the real estate scene over five years ago. He has closed on over $50M in home sales and over 75+ deals helping clients secure properties from Coops/Condos to Multi-Million dollar homes.

Jamie worked in Retail for over 20 years. His career evolved into procuring and negotiating vendor deals for 800+ locations that totaled in the 100’s of millions of dollars. The key to his success had been finding common ground amongst all parties and executing on the highest of levels. Jamie is now bringing those experiences into one of his greatest passions — Real Estate. Jamie has brought his boardroom experiences and negotiating skills into Real Estate and combined that with his expert knowledge of the Mid-Hudson Valley.

He understands the importance of finding that exact right fit for one’s family and will work tirelessly for you to make it happen. With his negotiating skills and eye towards the details he is a fantastic partner when trying to find your next home!

Leny Davidson

Licensed Salesperson

Leny joined NestEdge after a career working with luxury retail and design clients in sales, product design and Development before it became time to put those experiences to work in another field. Additionally having worked with corporate clients on special projects and travel in and outside The US, Leny has gained unique insights into other cultures.

Leny spent most of her life in Westchester County, raised her family here and discovered its wonderful lifestyle. Paired with a lifelong interest in Art, Design and Home Furnishings, Real Estate was a natural fit. Leny is delighted to share her Knowledge of Westchester and the New York Metro area as well as her experiences in design-related fields with clients. Leny is also fluent in French and Dutch and welcomes all opportunities to assist International clients.

Vin Nicoletti

Being a lifelong native of Westchester County NY Vin Nicoletti is a valuable resource in helping to navigate your real estate search in this county and beyond. Raised in the Mt. Pleasant area and then later relocating his family to northern Westchester Vin has a strong and deep foundation in Westchester real estate.

Professionally Vin has successfully managed a multi-million dollar transportation company handling accounts ranging from celebrities to the average Joe. This has helped Vin to be in tune with all types and levels of customer expectations. Vin is also an avid real estate investor having partaken in renovation projects of his own as well as successfully owning and managing his own rental investment property. He is a good resource to help you find your next cash producing property or simply the home you envision your family living in.

When Vin is not working he is most likely on a baseball or soccer field coaching his 3 children whom attend the North Salem school district or relaxing with his wife Nancy at their home in Somers, NY. Amanda Acard

Licensed Salesperson

Amanda is a licensed real estate salesperson with NestEdge Realty and part of The Acard Winograd Team.

Amanda comes to real estate armed with over 20 years of strategic marketing, advertising and social media experience. She served as the marketing director for many consumer magazines as well in the non-profit sector. She also worked in media planning managing and negotiating the budgets for multi-million dollar accounts. Amanda earned her B.S. in Communications from Syracuse University.

Amanda grew up in Rockland County and has been a resident of Chappaqua, NY since 2012 where she lives with her husband and two young children. Her love of real estate began during the process of moving from New York City to Southern Westchester and ultimately Chappaqua. Amanda has a deep understanding of local school districts, neighborhoods, commerce and all the details that come together to find the perfect community and home for her clients. In addition, as a marketing expert, she has the attention to detail and social media skill set to help her clients selling their home stand out from the rest.

Joanna Winograd

Associate Broker

Joanna is an associate broker with NestEdge Realty and part of The Acard Winograd Team.

Prior to joining NestEdge, Joanna worked as an attorney and a legal recruiter. After taking time to start a family, she became a certified child sleep consultant and is the co-founder of Wee Sleep Solutions. Joanna graduated from Union College with a B.S. in Psychology and received a law degree (J.D.) from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in Manhattan.

Joanna grew up in Rockland County and currently lives in Chappaqua NY with her husband and two sons. Her journey to real estate started with a love for home design and renovation after moving from New York City to the suburbs. She is excited to use her vast skills and local community insight to help clients with the buying and selling of their homes.

Lisa Nissman

Licensed Salesperson

Having grown up in Rye Brook and now residing in Chappaqua, Lisa has an enthusiasm for real estate in Westchester. Lisa became a real estate salesperson after going through the process of buying and selling multiple homes for her own family. As a graduate of Syracuse University and having a Masters degree in Special Education from Fordham University, Lisa worked as a middle school teacher for many years before taking a break to raise her children.

Prior to joining NestEdge Realty, Lisa was working for a jewelry designer in Westchester. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys hiking with her dog, making jewelry and relaxing at home with her family. She is excited to be part of the NestEdge team.

Bobby DeRosa

Licensed Salesperson

Bobby moved from the Bronx to Westchester County, NY at the age of 8 and lived in Mount Pleasant with his family for 13 years. As a young adult, he moved to Tarrytown where he rented for several years until purchasing his first home in Ossining. From there he was able to purchase a second home in Mohegan Lake where he is currently living and raising his 2 children with his wife, Lisa.

Before coming to NestEdge as a Licensed Salesperson, Bobby served as a Police Officer and then Sergeant in the NYPD. His time in public service has fostered an innate ability to work well with people in all types of situations. Bobby served in the city for 20 years until his recent retirement when he had to stop and think about what he wanted the next chapter of his life to entail.

Real Estate seemed a fitting and natural next step for Bobby. Over the past 20 years he has had invaluable experiences as a renter, a homeowner and a manager of his own investment properties in areas all throughout Westchester County. These paramount involvements in real estate are what make him an exceptional fit for NestEdge and what will make him integral for you as you navigate this pivotal time in your life.

Claudia Vincent

Licensed Salesperson

Claudia Vincent comes to NestEdge Realty as a licensed real estate salesperson with the enthusiasm she has shown for real estate, design, sales and marketing her whole career. She grew up in Briarcliff Manor, lived in New York City and spent many years in Tarrytown after returning to Briarcliff to raise her three sons. Over the years she has personally bought and sold properties in Westchester and Vermont.

Claudia has her Economics degree from SUNY Binghamton and worked in Advertising for many years before starting her family. During her years in advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi and FCB and most recently at Pepsico, she managed hundreds of millions of advertising dollars for major clients like General Mills, NCR, Jamaica Tourism and Citibank. Since then she has freelanced in marketing, as a Production Assistant and in proofreading and editing. Claudia has also been involved and on the board of several non-profits including Mezzapalooza Foundation.

Claudia knows her sales, communication and managerial skills garnered in the past will be a tremendous asset for her clients when buying and selling their homes. In addition, her years of growing up and living in Westchester County have given her vast knowledge of the area and she is confident she has a unique ability to address each of her client’s individual wants and needs.

Kevin Giaccone

Licensed Salesperson

Before joining NestEdge as a licensed real estate salesperson, Kevin worked in the corporate hospitality and customer service industries managing multimillion-dollar accounts in both New York City and Westchester County, including a well-known family-owned restaurant in Pleasantville. The discipline, keen attention to detail, and experience it takes to meet and even exceed client expectations are at the forefront of his work ethic. Kevin’s professional experiences have helped him understand that all customers are not the same and he must first listen to a client’s priorities and desires before he can successfully navigate them through the process of listing, buying, or renting a property.

Kevin was born and raised in Westchester and has previously lived in Fairfield and Dutchess counties as well, which gives him an intimate knowledge of suburban family communities and school systems. He has witnessed the substantial suburban growth over the years that makes Westchester and its surrounding counties diverse and sought-after places to live.

Outside of real estate, Kevin, his wife, and three teenage children reside in Thornwood along with their two dogs, Grady and Rizzo. Kevin enjoys cooking, golfing, and just about anything that involves time spent with family. 

Kati Miles

Licensed Salesperson

Originally from the Chicago area, Kati moved to Westchester nearly a decade ago. She became interested in real estate while she and her husband were looking for the home where they would raise their family. After looking at many houses they ultimately landed in her husband’s childhood community of Mount Pleasant. She has embraced the Mount Pleasant and Westchester communities through volunteering; originally learning her way around the area as a driver for Westchester Family Services: Ride Connect and more recently on the local Little League Board as her children have become more involved in activities

Kati has a Bachelors in Family Services and a Masters in Gerontology. Her career prior to raising her children was as a Social Worker for older adults in nursing and rehab facilities. Her extensive experience assisting families through complex situations serves as an invaluable resource when working with all the unique needs of home buyers and those wishing to sell their home.

Rahul Soni

Licensed Salesperson

Rahul brings legitimate 1st hand knowledge of real estate investing to the table. Being personally involved with multi-family investment properties, tax & bank owned foreclosures, land acquisition, sub-divisions, renovations and new construction he is a valuable resource to help navigate and identify the best value in a real estate deal. Using his various self created real estate pricing models he can help quickly assess and identify strong returning investment properties as well as uncover ideal residential home purchase opportunities.

He is addicted to bridging his careers of computer programming and real estate, fully understanding the relevance of how technology is changing todays home buying process. This was a huge driving force of Rahuls decision to help in the vision at NestEdge Realty.
In his spare time he enjoys playing hockey at odd times late at night, and sings and dances to Frozen songs with his daughter. In addition he is a resident and proud product of the Mt. Pleasant school system and is highly knowledgeable of the latest market trends in his community as well as the neighboring school districts.
