Matthew E. Gluck

Matthew Gluck has been working on Wall Street for the past 18 years. His career evolved into consulting for most of the major Investment Banks, providing services to help build efficiencies and grow profits through the expansion of technology. Mr. Gluck is now bridging this expertise into one of his greatest passions — Real Estate.

Matthew is a resident of Chappaqua, New York, where he lives with his wife and two sons. His passion for real estate began after his first home purchase on the east end of Long Island and was sealed when making the all too familiar move from New York City to the “burbs”. While seeking a town with a great school district, strong sense of community and the perfect home, the search process, while exhausting, became enthralling. He loved every step of it – searching on line, looking at countless houses, envisioning future renovations, and eventually closing and renovating his forever home.

NestEdge was founded through Matthew’s love of real estate, feverish research and perpetual need to always make a deal. He knew that, like any industry, technology would change the home buying experience — and he was right!

Jamie Fosgate

Jamie Fosgate has been working in Retail for the past 15 years. His career evolved into procuring and negotiating vendor deals for 800+ locations that totaled in the 100’s of millions of dollars. The key to his success has been the art of the deal, finding common ground amongst all parties and executing on the highest of levels. Mr. Fosgate is now bringing those experiences into one of his greatest passions — Real Estate. Moving from NYC where he lived for over 10+ years into Westchester was a completely immersive experience that ignited his competitive juices to finding the perfect home for his family. He understands the importance of finding that exact right fit for one’s family and will work tirelessly for you to make it happen.

Jamie is a resident of the Mystic Pointe neighborhood in Ossining, New York, where he lives with his wife and two children. Jamie is our resident expert on townhouse living as his passion for that lifestyle was formed when the needs of his children started to far outweigh his desire to maintain the outside space of a home. He is knowledgeable about many of the communities that are within Westchester and will help navigate you on your search for either a single family home or townhouse living.

Leny Davidson

Leny joined NestEdge after a career working with luxury retail and design clients in sales, product design and Development before it became time to put those experiences to work in another field. Additionally having worked with corporate clients on special projects and travel in and outside The US, Leny has gained unique insights into other cultures.

Leny spent most of her life in Westchester County, raised her family here and discovered its wonderful lifestyle. Paired with a lifelong interest in Art, Design and Home Furnishings, Real Estate was a natural fit. Leny is delighted to share her Knowledge of Westchester and the New York Metro area as well as her experiences in design-related fields with clients. Leny is also fluent in French and Dutch and welcomes all opportunities to assist International clients.

Melissa Engel

Licensed Salesperson

Melissa Engel began her professional career working in the home building and design industry. She created and implemented marketing programs at the retail level for multiple high end kitchen and bath manufacturers. Her accounts included architects and designers, builders, and kitchen and bath remodelers. Handling many demanding accounts simultaneously, Melissa gained a strong working knowledge of multi tasking and high level organization. After leaving New York, and moving to San Francisco, she went into direct response advertising. Melissa was an Account Supervisor for multiple high profile accounts. Being at an advertising agency in San Francisco, Melissa was able to enhance and nourish her creativity in art and design.

Now residing in Westchester for the last 15 years, Melissa is thrilled to join Nestedge Realty and put her valuable knowledge of Westchester, expertise in home design, and excellent client focus to work in discovering your next place to call home.

Rahul Soni

Licensed Salesperson

Rahul brings legitimate 1st hand knowledge of real estate investing to the table. Being personally involved with multi-family investment properties, tax & bank owned foreclosures, land acquisition, sub-divisions, renovations and new construction he is a valuable resource to help navigate and identify the best value in a real estate deal. Using his various self created real estate pricing models he can help quickly assess and identify strong returning investment properties as well as uncover ideal residential home purchase opportunities.

He is addicted to bridging his careers of computer programming and real estate, fully understanding the relevance of how technology is changing todays home buying process. This was a huge driving force of Rahuls decision to help in the vision at NestEdge Realty.
In his spare time he enjoys playing hockey at odd times late at night, and sings and dances to Frozen songs with his daughter. In addition he is a resident and proud product of the Mt. Pleasant school system and is highly knowledgeable of the latest market trends in his community as well as the neighboring school districts. Robert Masoud

Robert Masoud got into real estate after going to college in NY and realizing that housing is a huge concern for everyone. While tech and the way we see homes was changing, the agents were all the same. Robert realized this market needed agents with a knowledge of technology and someone who is straightforward and honest with his clients. What to buy? Where to buy? Areas to avoid? Areas to focus on? Is this a good investment? How can i be sure im getting a good deal? These are the questions Robert is here to answer. Roberts clients are his top priority.
