Having lived in Dutchess County her entire life, Jessica Paterson has developed a deep appreciation for everything the Hudson Valley has to offer. From historic Hyde Park to owning properties in Beacon and now calling Lagrangeville home, she has experienced many of the unique communities that make the region such a special place to live. Jessica enjoys exploring new towns, supporting local businesses, and watching the Hudson Valley continue to grow while preserving its charm and character.

Her passion for real estate began through firsthand experience as an owner of investment and rental properties, as well as helping family members navigate the home buying and selling process.
