His career evolved into consulting for most of the major Investment Banks, providing services to help build efficiencies and grow profits through the expansion of technology. for real estate began after his first home purchase on the east end of Long Island and was sealed when making the all too familiar move from New York City to the “burbs”. While seeking a town with a great school district, strong sense of community and the perfect home, the search process, while exhausting, became enthralling. He loved every step of it – searching on line, looking at countless houses, envisioning future renovations, and eventually closing and renovating his forever home.
